THE STORY BEHIND THE NEW CAKE

Born from a birthday.

Our Salted Caramel Cake started as something special, made for my mum's birthday — layers of soft chocolate cake, smooth ganache and a sweet, buttery salted caramel filling. Rich and indulgent, just like the occasion deserved.

Then a friend tried a slice and said it straight away: “You need to add this to the menu!” And honestly… that was all the encouragement we needed.
